Getting Here
The exact date, time, and location can be found in your calendar invite. Please let me know if you have any questions beforehand, just in case we don't have great service there.

Weather
I'll be checking throughout the week leading up and will communicate any weather-related safety concerns on my end. Unless you hear from me, I am planning on our session as scheduled!

Preparation
The most important part is making sure everyone is fed and hydrated.Your glorious bodies needs to be energized before we move around outside!

If you can, take a few min each day leading up to your photo session thanking your body while you apply lotion or oils. Embrace the moment to honor every inch of your body! Applying the lotion or oils not only will help catch the gorgeous light for our photos, but it can also help calm any nerves.

Helpful tips

  • Bring snacks and water for everyone

Get out of your head

Leading up to your session you may feel a lil nervous –this is totally normal! Nerves and excitement often feel like the same thing. I recommend taking some time to put your hands on your body before your session and saying affirmations / mantras that make you reconnect with yourself. Here are some of my faves:

  • My body is magnificent just the way it is

  • I am wonderful and deserving of love

  • I am perfect just the way I am

  • My body is my vessel and provides me with endless joy

  • I can trust my body

  • I am worthy!

Arriving to your session:

  • Arrive a bit early to be photo-ready

    • Use the restroom

    • Have your photo outfit on

    • Remove hair ties from wrists

  • Do an overall check for anything else you do/don't want in photos
