When Love Brings Us Together: A Mini Wedding

There's something magical about capturing intimate moments between people who truly love each other. Recently, I had the honor of photographing what we called a "family session" but turned into something far more special – a mini wedding!

This beautiful couple chose to exchange their vows at the very spot where their love story began – their first date location. Surrounded only by their immediate family and a handful of close friends, they created an atmosphere of pure intimacy and authentic connection that photographers dream of capturing.

While I typically don't photograph weddings (family portraits are my specialty!), I made a rare exception for these clients-turned-friends. Their celebration embodied everything I love about outdoor photography – natural emotions, meaningful locations, and the beautiful dance between human connection and nature's backdrop.
