Trans Week of Visibility
why your photos should feel like a fucking exhale
Trans Visibility Week is not just rainbow capitalism with a new font. It’s a reminder that trans people are here, brilliant, and still dealing with way too much bullshit.
If you’re trans, non-binary, or gender-expansive and you’ve avoided photos because they’ve felt unsafe, awkward, or dysphoria-inducing, I get it. An affirming session should feel like relief, not like you’re performing gender for a camera.
Trans folks are beautiful. Your gender expression is worthy of celebration. And you deserve to take up space in the photo, too. Be part of the memories. Because. you are so sweetly loved in the body that you have, right now.
I work with trans + queer folks (and their families) across Seattle and the PNW, including plus size and polyam clients, and people traveling in.
After the session, we turn your images into customized artwork: albums and wall art that live in your home as a daily reminder of how loved you are. You’re worthy and you don’t have to shrink to be loved.
