Croissant but Make it Sexy

L showed up to their outdoor boudoir session with a croissant. Iconic behavior, 10/10, no notes. That’s the vibe I want for every session: bring snacks, softness, your whole beautiful self.

L is one of those people who’s deeply chill in a way that makes your nervous system unclench. We wandered through forest, sand, and water like it was a choose-your-own-adventure, and everything felt playful and easy. There were some seriously sexy images (because, hello), and also several giggly ones.

If you’re plus size and/or queer and you’ve been taught you have to earn feeling good about yourself, I’m here to lovingly call bullshit. Outdoor boudoir doesn’t require you to be confident 24/7 or “know how to pose.” You just have to show up. I’ll handle the direction, the light, the “what do I do with my hands,” and the constant reminders that you’re allowed to take up space.

My favorite part is always the end: choosing artwork together. Your photos shouldn’t live as a forgotten camera roll or a file you never look back on. They should exist in your real life, as proof your body is incredible, you are so loved, you were radiant, and you brought the damn croissant to your boudoir session.
