Calling all Pisces
For 2026, I'm doing zodiac-themed photo projects all year, and we've arrived at Pisces season. I'm fucking pumped about these two sessions because they're peak Pisces energy. Water, flow, whimsy, emotion, and hopefully you.
If you're a Pisces (or you just vibe with Pisces energy or this project), I have two pre-planned Seattle photography sessions that are going to make you feel seen.
Option 1: Whimsical storybook family session at a creek
This one is for families who want something a little magical. We're talking a creek running under a bridge with stunning views. Think ethereal. Think enchanted. Think "we walked into a fairy tale and decided to stay."
This is perfect for Pisces families because Pisces folks tend to be imaginative, creative, and into the whole "let's make some beautiful fucking art" thing. Your kids splashing in the water. Your partner looking contemplative on the bridge. You, looking like the mystical woodland creature you've always known you were deep down.
Outdoor family photography in Seattle doesn't have to be boring "everyone smile at the camera" bs. It can be whimsical and storytelling and full of movement. It can be the kind of photos you actually want to hang on your wall, not just stick in a folder on your phone and forget about.
Option 2: Flowy fabric boudoir session under a bridge
Now this one? This is for the Pisces who wants to feel like a goddamn water nymph.
We're doing outdoor boudoir under a bridge with flowy fabrics. I'm talking silks, chiffons, things that move with you and the wind and the energy of the space. Pisces are water signs, so we're leaning all the way into that aesthetic. Fluid. Dreamy. Soft but powerful.
And before you ask: yes, this works for all bodies. Yes, I photograph people of all sizes. Yes, you can do this even if you've never done boudoir before. That's the whole fucking point!
Seattle outdoor boudoir photography is my specialty, and this particular session concept is one of my favorites because it's so focused on movement and emotion rather than static poses. You're not just standing there looking pretty (though you will look pretty, let's be real). You're playing with fabric, interacting with the environment, feeling yourself.
Why I'm doing these special projects (and why you should care)
One of my 2026 business goals was to plan 2 fun portrait projects each month. Why? Two reasons:
1. I want to prioritize creativity in my business. I love my regular sessions, but having themed projects keeps me excited and inspired. It pushes me to try new concepts and locations. And when I'm excited about an idea, that energy shows up in the photos.
2. Sometimes folks need an idea to be excited about. Decision fatigue is real. If I just say "hey, want to do a photo session?" a lot of people freeze up. What kind? Where? What should we wear? What's the vibe? Yes, I guide you through these questions but it can sometimes be a lot easier if I say "hey, want to do a whimsical creek session with your family?" Suddenly it's easier to say yes because the vision is already there.
These sessions are pre-planned at specific days, times, and locations around Seattle. To be clear: they're not free sessions, and I'm not looking for models. These sessions require financial investment but come with a creative concept already built in.
Anyone of any sign is welcome (obviously)
Real talk: you don't have to be a Pisces to book these sessions. If you're a Capricorn who wants to feel whimsical, hell yes. If you're a Sagittarius who wants to play with flowy fabric, absolutely. If you don't even know your sign but you like the sound of either of these concepts, fucking perfect.
The zodiac theming is just my way of organizing these projects throughout the year and giving each one a specific vibe. But at the end of the day, these are for anyone who wants beautiful, creative photos that feel like them.

Queer-friendly as fuck. Queer families, polyam families, trans folks, chosen families—everyone is welcome and celebrated here.
Outdoor sessions year-round. Yes, even in Seattle in February. I know how to make outdoor shoots comfortable, I promise.
True-to-color editing. I'm not airbrushing you into oblivion. You're going to look like you, just beautifully lit and composed.
