Forest Session at a Hidden Bridge: M Story Time
When M and I set out for her boudoir session, we traded the typical studio setup for something more adventurous. A few hours outside of Seattle, we discovered a park with a whimsical bridge arching over a quiet creek: the kind of location that feels like a secret. With the entire space to ourselves (and my dog keeping watch sniffing squirrels), we had the freedom to explore, laugh, and create something genuinely magical.
When I tell you that M is a good person, they are a deeply wonderful human. I am so grateful to know her. She brings so much passion, intentionality, and care into her words and actions. I want to be like her when I grow up.
If you're considering an outdoor boudoir session, know that it's less about perfect poses and more about genuine moments. Whether you're drawn to forest trails, open fields, or hidden bridges like the one M and I found, these sessions offer a kind of liberation that four walls simply can't provide. You get to be vulnerable and strong, soft and wild, all at once. And honestly? That's the most beautiful thing to capture.
